A 4-week exploration to understand the principles, benefits and purpose of Yoga Nidra. Examined through Western and Yogic lenses, you'll discover how this ancient tantric practice influences your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Traditionally practiced in Shavasana, or corpse pose (lying on one's back), Yoga Nidra best translates to mean "yogic sleep." It does not require movement of the physical body, only movement of one's focused awareness.
This course is ideal for those new Yoga Nidra and/or those curious about starting a mindfulness practice as Yoga Nidra can be used as a stepping stone to meditation.
